My Problem
I was at the heaviest I had ever been. I never had any energy and I was very down about my appearance. I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot caused by my weight and knew something had to change soon. I’ve been overweight almost my whole life, since before I was a teenager and I had tried losing weight before. Low Carb diets, Weight Watchers, and diet pills did not help. I felt as though nothing was going my way and that my weight was the biggest factor. 

Time To Take Action
To be honest, I really wasn’t skeptical. I thought hypnosis could probably work for me. I felt that hypnosis could be the little voice that helps me along, gives me motivation.

Remarkable Results
The hypnosis was great! I noticed results almost immediately; within the first week I’d already lost an astounding 10 pounds! From there the weight has just melted off. I eat less food less often. I drink more
water and have been able to say No to cravings for fried and unhealthy foods and sodas. Eating the right foods has never been easier.

I make good choices that benefit my overall goal. I exercise now! I have more energy now that I have lost weight and am actually able to jog. I don’t get winded as easily! Exercise is satisfying in a way that extra food never was.
