| My Problem I was at the heaviest I had ever been. I never had any energy and I was very down about my appearance. I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot caused by my weight and knew something had to change soon. I’ve been overweight almost my whole life, since before I was a teenager and I had tried losing weight before. Low Carb diets, Weight Watchers, and diet pills did not help. I felt as though nothing was going my way and that my weight was the biggest factor. Time To Take Action Remarkable Results I make good choices that benefit my overall goal. I exercise now! I have more energy now that I have lost weight and am actually able to jog. I don’t get winded as easily! Exercise is satisfying in a way that extra food never was. |
