The other day I heard a commercial for a weight loss program where a woman said she wished she had someone to walk around with her to control what she ate. I’ve found that person through Personal Hypnosis… that person is me.  

The Longtime Struggle and Pain
- I first started wearing chubby sizes when I was around 6 years old. My weight continued to be a problem while growing up to where I wore a size 18 when I graduated from high school. I was active and played sports Ð people just said I was a big girl. (I always hated that term.) One more thing that figures in is I love to cook and I’m a fairly good cook, too. Then around 12 years ago, I was desperate after trying numerous diets and went to a doctor who prescribed drugs to help me lose weight. I knew the drugs
weren’t good for me, but I did lose some weight and kept it off for several years until I got into a very rocky marriage. My weight started going back up and I no longer felt in control. When my marriage
finally broke up, I struggled with depression and my weight again.

My Life Problems Affected My Weight
- To say the last few years after my divorce have been difficult is putting it mildly. I moved to Illinois from another state for a new career, then the company did away with my district. My active life,
which included a lot of horseback riding, changed dramatically when I had to have an experimental hip replacement 2 years ago. And my love for cooking continued with a whole lot less exercise. My weight got up to within 7 pounds of where I had been at my heaviest, when a friend suggested William Mitchell’s Hypnosis Program. At age 50, I was skeptical about losing weight, especially with hypnosis.

Great Results
- I lost 35 pounds in 5 months. I don’ t have to add up numbers or even keep track of what I eat, just think like a thin person. I am in control and I am sensible about eating and exercise and feel great about it. You don’t have to get on a scale, as you keep track of you progress yourself. Many people have noticed the weight loss and shopping again in my closet, getting into clothes I haven’t worn in years. My goal is to lose another 30 and I have no doubt I can do it. I would recommend, (and I do) this program to anyone who wants to take control of their life and do it with very positive results.
